The initial stage focuses on creating client self - awareness, which is the crucial first step in initiating change.
Next, we cultivate acceptance of the identified issues and the client's thoughts, feelings, and behaviours related to them.
We develop personalised coping techniques that require training. Accountability is essential and empowers our athletes to make and sustain positive changes.
ACT forms the cornerstone of our approach and is central to our methodology, guiding clients to embrace their thoughts and emotions constructively. By aligning actions with personal values, clients can develop both performance and wellbeing. This approach empowers individuals to take ownership of their journey and stay committed to their goals.
